easy baking
Our Sunday dinner: How can you say no to a fantastic home made chicken pot pie??!! It's a quick and easy meal that satisfies your tummy :) Pre-cook chicken breasts, mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and fold into a pie crust (preheat oven to 350 degrees / bake for 35 -40 minutes). Enjoy!
1 pound of chicken
1 can of campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 cup of carrots
1 can of corn
1 cup of green beans
2 pie crusts (I love the pillsbury pie crusts)

new camera love
Lucky me, my sweet boyfriend surprised me with a new DSLR Camera for Valentines Day! I've been possessed lately on taking pictures, and since I haven't ventured too far away from my doorsteps, our pooch has been the main subject, along with DOC of course! I'm hoping the weather will be nice this weekend, and we'll get a chance to climb down to Sunny Jim's Cove!
